Q: Do I need to make the room empty by removing all the furniture?
A: Yes – Before we start our work, the room / hall or any work area should be free of all the goods. You need to remove everything from the work area. We can remove the furniture for you a day prior to the work but it will cost extra.
Q: When is it safe to furni sh my room again?
A: General rule is that after the last coat is applied, you can bring back small furniture after 2–3 days. You cannot drag furniture for at least 3 days.
Q: How many coats do you apply on the floor ?
A: We normally do 3 coats finish of your choice. We will be doing light sanding between the coats for excellent result.
Q: Can I change the colour of my floor?
A: Yes, there are multiple colour choices available.
Q: How long the sanding and colouring takes?
A: Normally 2–3 days for an average 3-bedroom house.
Q: do I need to leave the house during your work?
A: it is preferred because the sanding machines is very loud. The finish we put on floors also can be very strong and some people may find it health hazard. We however can use waterborne finishes as an alternative.
Q: Can you remove old carpet or do I have to do it?
A: Yes. We can remove the carpet and underlay as well.
